Certified translations

Certified translations are required for official purposes by administrative bodies, authorities, courts, notaries, employers, educational establishments, consulates or embassies, and may only be prepared by an officially certified translator or sworn translator.

This includes documents like school and university certificates and/or work references, birth certificates and certificates of no impediment to marriage, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, certificates of adoption, death certificates, change of name certificates, last wills and testaments, certificates of inheritance, adoption papers, identification papers or driving licences. Various authorities and administrative bodies constantly require certified insurance papers, medical certificates, and various kinds of certificates and contracts as well as other documents.

We guarantee the quality of document translations by court-certified translators with proven qualifications (translator degree or state-approved examination for translators, evidence of legal capabilities through completion of a court-approved examination or standard examinations within the frame of a legal course of study). You do not need a notary or a lawyer to obtain a certified translation of a document. The certification is provided by the officially certified or sworn translator himself who authenticates that the translated document agrees with the original by affixing his stamp and signature at the bottom of the page(s).
